I'm sorry to say this but there were mosquitoes in the room. The cleaning staff were really nice but i cannot say the same thing with the front desk staff.

Good Value and comfortable

Location close to mall, train station and lots of restaurants and bars and a market. Room was clean by Korean standards and comfortable. You can close the bathroom with the sliding partition between the room and bathroom and the toilet can be closed with shower door. Bed was comfortable and nice views. There was some train noise but I'm not a light sleeper so didn't bother me. Good amenities in the room.

After we had been there a few days they turned off the temperature control. I don't know if they thought no one was in the room but had to go down to reception three times to get it fixed. They said they had turned it on but they hadn't then after they turned it on they turned it off again the next day. Just be aware you should be able to control the temp in the room but they turn it off of they think no one is there. There is no number to call reception you have to go down there. Was really annoying as we woke up freezing and had to go down at like 4am to get them to turn the heating on. Lighting is a little dark as is usual in hotels though. Overall though it was good.

Great stay with Fairfield Marriott, will recommend to my friends and family.

Staff was friendly and polite, can feel their enthusiasm to guest ,especially for the gentleman who help me checked in (sorry that i didn’t remember his name)

I would say the location, it a bit far away from the tourist spots and attractions. However, it still acceptable as big department stores, subway and bus station were nearby.

Clean and beautiful room

Fairfield by Marriott was exceptionally clean with English speaking staff that were incredibly accommodating. The room was absolutely gorgeous with a great city view. Very satisfied with our stay. There isn't alot to do for a young couple in this area, but it's not relevant to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location. Price. Sleeping comfort. View.

Hotel parking is not free. Surprisingly. Some crucial to me items of amenities were missing: - No smartphone chargers (only USB-A sockets); - No hairbrush and shaving blades; - No shoehorn (at least I couldn't find any).

Nice place & Easy to find & Reasonable price!

The hotel was located near Yeongdeungpo station. It’s about 3mins to walk from exit no.5. The staffs are very nice and help a lots! The room was very clean which has a view of the city and a bit of train station view.

Lugguage 28” may can not open wide cause the room has limited of empty space.

Would consider staying here again

Location is good - less than 5-min walk from the nearest train station and airport bus stops are just a min away and across the road. As a light sleeper, I could sleep well though I could hear people speaking at times when they walked along the corridor. Was kept warm throughout the stay as well. I'd like to thank Piona / Fiona for her patience and eagerness to help despite the fact that we had a bit of a language barrier - not an issue with Google translate :) She sets an exemplary example for the other staff.

Housekeeping standards varied; first day (19 Nov) was excellent but there were days with spoons and cups left unwashed. Stayed for a week and strangely smell of cigarette smoke emanated from the bathroom almost half the time though it's a non-smoking hotel.

A simply pleasant stay in a well-located hotel.

The high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping deserves a mention. The room was of a reasonable size and the beds were comfortable enough for a good sleep. The front desk & housekeeping staff are very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located, approximately 4 minutes' walking distance from a major railway & subway station (Yeongdeungpo Station). Also nearby are many shops, cafes, eateries and shopping mall.

The hotel lobby is rather small and can get quite crowded during check-out time.

Very good

The room is not too small and it’s clean. Love the location. Walking distance to e mart, shinsegae and Times Square. Plenty of restaurant around as well.

The air conditioning is central controlled so we can’t make the room colder even if we feel hot and stuffy in the room.

How the bathroom and toilet is set-up. The toilet doesn't have an exclusive door separating it from the closet. So its a bit uncomfortable if you are traveling with another person. If you use the shower or tub e toilet the other person cannot access the closet, since of course he or she needs to give you privacy while you do your business
